To protect what we just did, we'll send you home with a quick routine: color-safe shampoo to extend color life. None of it is complicated — most of it is about doing two or three things consistently instead of ten things sometimes.

Questions guests ask before booking a root color.

Can I add a gloss?
Yes — book Root & Toner if you'd like the ends refreshed as well. It's the same appointment window, just with the added toner step through the mid-lengths.
How often should I come in for a root touch-up?
Every 4–6 weeks for consistent gray coverage. Guests without gray who are just maintaining a deeper base often stretch to 6–8 weeks.
Will you match my current color exactly?
Yes. If you're new to us, bring photos of your color at its best and we'll match to that — not to whatever the current regrowth is dictating.
Does this cover gray?
Fully — that's the primary use of this service. We adjust formula and processing time based on gray percentage and coarseness.
