Founder & Stylist
Lauren Noll
Lauren is the founder of Mill & Mane Hair Co. and a stylist with 6 years behind the chair and a passion for creating hair that feels effortless and lived-in. She specializes in lived-in color, dimensional blondes, and hand-tied extensions.
A Troy native, Lauren graduated from Troy High School in 2018 and completed her cosmetology training at Creative Images in 2020. She is an award-winning stylist recognized in Blondes by Master of Balayage and a Top 25 nominee for extensions and color in Behind The Chair: ONESHOT — credentials that reflect her craft & dedication.
Outside the salon, Lauren loves being a mother to her son born in May of 2026. She also loves spending time with friends and family, indulging in pop culture and reality TV, and caring for her 2 dogs and 2 cats. She is also passionate about teaching a lower-maintenance beauty lifestyle for her clients. Booking is limited for the time being!
Stylist
Keira Fry
Keira is a licensed stylist with 5 years behind the chair and a passion for creating hair that feels effortless and lived-in. She specializes in hand-tied extensions, blonding, and lived-in color — the kind of work that grows out beautifully and fits real life.
A Tipp City native, Keira graduated from Tipp City High School and completed her beauty school training at the Career Technology Center in Englewood (CTC). Her background gives her a steady hand and a keen eye for dimension.
Outside the salon, Keira is a homebody at heart who loves to travel anywhere with a beach, listen to country music, and spend her free time baking and cooking. She is also a proud cat mom. Keira is currently taking new clients!
Stylist
Morgan Magel
Morgan is a licensed stylist with 4 years behind the chair and a passion for creating color and bridal styles that feel fresh, flattering and completely personal. She specializes in lived-in color, dimensional tones and wedding hair.
Morgan graduated from Elite Cosmetology School in 2022, where she built a strong foundation in both creative color and formal styling. Her background gives her a steady hand and an eye for detail that shows up in every appointment.
Outside the salon, Morgan is close to her big family, loves reality TV, has a serious caffeine obsession and never misses a chance to catch live music, travel, explore a new festival or visit somewhere new. She is also a proud cat mom to her orange cat, Goose. Morgan is currently taking new clients!
